Many Roles. One Mission.
Come Go With Us is possible because of volunteers who believe in serving others through their time, talents, and hearts. Whether you’re on the ground in Zambia or supporting from the United States, volunteers play a vital role in strengthening our work and extending our reach.
We welcome individuals who want to help in practical ways, professional ways, and behind-the-scenes ways — all of which matter deeply.
Board Members and Professional Advisors
We actively seek experienced professionals willing to serve in an advisory or governance capacity. Common needs include legal guidance, financial and accounting support, nonprofit governance, medical and healthcare insight, strategic planning, and fundraising or development. These roles help ensure integrity, accountability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
Zambia-Based Volunteers
Local volunteers in Zambia are essential to everything we do. Roles may include community outreach, education support, hospitality and logistics, event coordination, and ministry assistance. We value partnership with individuals who understand local culture, community needs, and what it takes to create meaningful, lasting impact.
Stateside and Remote Volunteers (USA)
You don’t have to travel to make a difference. Stateside and remote volunteers help power the mission through administrative support, communications and media, fundraising campaigns, website or technical help, and prayer and advocacy. These support roles are often what makes the work in Zambia possible and sustainable.
Why Volunteer With Come Go With Us
Volunteer service lets you contribute using your gifts and availability, connect with a faith-driven mission, and be part of life-changing work — whether you’re serving in person or supporting from home.

Why Zambia
Zambia is a nation rich in beauty, culture, and resilient communities. It’s also a place where relatively small acts of service can create lasting impact. In many areas, limited access to resources, education, healthcare support, and reliable infrastructure means families and communities face challenges that are hard to overcome without consistent partnership.
Come Go With Us serves in Zambia because we believe mission work is most powerful when it is relational, respectful, and locally anchored. We come alongside local leaders and community partners, listening first, serving where invited, and focusing on efforts that strengthen people rather than create dependency. Our heart is to support work that builds hope, dignity, and opportunity — and to do it in ways that honor the culture and reflect Christ’s love.
For interns and volunteers, Zambia is also a place that changes you. It invites humility, gratitude, and a deeper understanding of what it means to serve. Many who come expecting to “give” discover they also receive: new perspective, strong relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.
